Bankowe Towarzystwo Kapitałowe SA (Banking Capital Association) was founded by Bank PKO BP SA at the beginning of 2005. We are a private equity firm. The capital we offer can be used to develop innovative products and technologies, to extend working capital, to make acquisitions or to strengthen a company's balance sheet.
Our target is to invest in venture, small and mid-sized, not listed enterprises that have a high growth potential. The offer of BTK supplements the offer of Bank PKO BP SA addressed to corporate clients. Our aim is to act as a temporary capital partner of the company that we invest in.
We would like to support the development of Polish companies and unleash their growth. We are oriented on private equity investment in Poland and Central and Eastern Europe.
Our involvement helps to improve the company's operational activity and assists the increase of financial results.
